DeL Platform – Terms of Use
1. Platform Access
Digital-enhanced Learning (DeL) provides an online learning platform that enables users to access educational courses, training materials, and learning resources supplied by DeL and its approved education collaboration partners.
2. Personal Learning Licence
Learners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access course materials for personal educational purposes only. Course content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, or republished without the written permission of the relevant content owner.
3. Third-Party Course Providers
Many courses available through the DeL platform are delivered by independent education providers. While DeL curates and facilitates access to these courses, the course content, certifications, and academic claims remain the responsibility of the respective course provider.
4. Fees and Payments
Some courses or services may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment for enrolment, certification, or additional services. All pricing and payment terms will be clearly indicated prior to enrolment.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the platform responsibly and must not:
- Upload harmful or unlawful content
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform
- Violate intellectual property rights of DeL or partner providers
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, learning resources, branding, and technology remain the intellectual property of DeL or its respective education partners and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Platform Availability and Liability
DeL aims to provide reliable access to learning resources but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Course materials and services are provided “as available”, and DeL is not liable for losses arising from the use of the platform or third-party content.
8. Privacy and Data Use
User data is collected and processed in accordance with the DeL Privacy Policy and is used to support platform functionality, learner services, and communication regarding courses and updates.
9. Account Termination
Users may close their accounts at any time. DeL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Summary
DeL is a learning platform that provides access to courses from multiple education partners. Learners can study the materials for personal learning but cannot reuse or distribute course content. Some courses are free, others paid, and each course provider is responsible for its own course content and certification.
Refund Policy
Registration Fee, Materials Fee and any other Miscellaneous Fee are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
Following Registration and Payment, you will be issued with login details for accessing your nominated course on the LMS. Once your course login details have been provided, NO REFUNDS will be approved.
Privacy Policy
Digital-enhanced Learning (DeL) collects personal information such as your name, email address, course enrolments and learning activity to provide and improve our learning services. We may also collect technical data (such as cookies, device information and website usage analytics).
DeL works with trusted education partners and service providers to deliver courses and operate the platform. As DeL operates globally, your data may be processed in different countries in accordance with recognised international privacy standards.
